The TEK audio Active TEK12 V2 has a newly redesigned aesthetically pleasing ABS enclosure with 3 handles (strategically placed on top/bottom/side). The TEKs are equipped with a redesigned powerful 1600W class-D amplifier with stereo Bluetooth® and an integrated mixer with two Mic/Line input channels. The Mic/Line channels feature XLR/TRS combo jacks and can be used with line-level signals, microphones, and instruments, the Mic/Line switching is achieved via a recessed push button to prevent accidentally switch to MIC, plus a DSP processor with four selectable modes:

Flat Mode: A neutral and unprocessed sound, with a full frequency range. Ideal for recorded music.

Contour/Boost Mode: Emphasises low and treble frequencies – giving you a more pronounced bass that's perfect for dance music. Ideal for parties and DJs.

Speech Mode: Reduces the low end and emphasising the upper mid-range (which is where the human voice sits on the frequency spectrum). This enhances speech clarity and ensures your audience can hear every word.

EXT Sub Mode: When the speaker is being used in conjunction with a separate subwoofer. This pre-set enables a High Pass Filter (HPF) set at 100Hz.
The TEKaudio series is driven by a high-performance compression driver tweeter to produce a sharp clean top-end and a high-power woofer that gives a tight bass response you feel in your chest. The speakers deliver unbelievable sound quality and are perfect for DJs, clubs, bands, front-of-house and stage monitoring applications.
The enclosure is moulded from high-strength polypropylene, with a sturdy design to handle the high power of the drivers. The innovative dual-position pole mount supports normal full forward or downward tilt by 12 degrees.
Non-slip rubber feet make it sit safely on its base or as a stage wedge. Its 5 M8 flying points support hanging it in any orientation.
